What's it about?
Billy Learns to Rock is about a little boy, roughly 13 years old, named Billy. He knows kung-fu and can beat up people roughly 20 years older than he despite his tiny muscles and fists. He sets out to get the band back together on a mission from God but does little rocking aside from strumming the free guitar he got from Dan the Ice Cream Man.
Billy falls in love with (insert little girls name here) who has old wrinkly feet, a fluctuating body height and is exceedingly rich. She employs a creepy old english stereotype butler who grins a lot (too much) and lives in the most horrid looking piece of architecture you could ever dream to imagine.
Yes, as I was saying, Billy employs members of his school to be a part of his non-rocking band. Frank: obsessed with ogling the fucking melons, and That Other Guy: looks to be about in his 40s but still apparently attends billy's school.
Along the way Billy attracts the attention of creepy villains who apparently do things just for the sake of being evil and get their jollies from tormenting youth.
The universe
The BLTR universe is home to many things that would cause a man to go insane if they existed in real life. Just to mention a few: Crazy sound effects, alive shirts, roads that are twice their width than their length, endless horizons and houses that have doors too small for anyone to get into yet are big enough to belong to Donald Trump.
